OUR STORY

I know what you are all thinking… about time! We met, quite aptly, on our teaching training programme. This was an excellent place to meet because it meant as the weight of being teachers slowly crushed us over the first few years, we both had an understanding of the others work load. It is also important for our guests to know that Lucy asked Dom out and remains convinced to this day that he only said yes because he didn’t think quick enough to say no. A brief 7 years later, in August 2023 Dom proposed in front of Angkor Wat in Cambodia.

The rest, as they say, is history.

Lucy and Dom are thrilled to invite you to their wedding at the beautiful Hinton St Mary Estate in Sturminster Newton. This joyous occasion marks the beginning of a new chapter in their lives, and they wish to share this special day with all their loved ones. Your presence will make the celebration even more memorable as they exchange vows and celebrate their love.

Just a few comments

Despite Lucy’s inability to stay up past 8pm, the wedding will in fact finish at 12.

Except our niece and nephew, and cousins over 12, this is a child free event.

Whilst gifts are always appreciated, we have had a home together for many years. If you so feel inclined to get a gift for us, money towards our honeymoon would be gratefully received.
